My version of Rebirth is also used. A friend got it for me in a used CD shop in Japan and I was lucky enough to even get the lyrics! Rebirth is similar to Mizèrable and MOON in design but like MOON, the lyrics are not on the pages, they're on an insert that is one large page folded down into a square to fit into the CD holder. The CD itself is held like the one in Mizèrable, by plastic in the center hole of the CD.
