DIABOLOS ~Aien no Uta to Seiya no Yoru~

The Diabolos concert DVD is packaged different than every DVD before it. It's in a hard, clear plastic case that opens on the side when the clasp is pressed in. The front design is actually the front of the booklet held in place on the front by similar holders that a CD case would have. The dvds are each held on opposite sides of a movable center piece and each feature pictures of the mic stand Gackt used in the concert during the songs Metamorphoze and Redemption.

The concert itself is amazing. It was filmed on December 24th, 2005 in the famous Tokyo Dome which holds around 55,000 people. The concert was altered to accomodate the size of the arena and crowd, adding space, extra staff, and surprises that weren't done in other concerts on the tour! DVD features include 5.1 Surround and Subtitles (Japanese, Chinese, English and Korean). Presents on the first disc holds the two movies that were included in the concert, the movie played before the concert started, and the movied played halfway through, with some very funny scenes. Presents on the second disc holds a 40 minute video chronicling the work that went into the Diabolos tour, fun things the crew did on tour, about Gackt's move to play in Korea, and the hard work everyone put in to take Diabolos from the tour to the massive stage at the Tokyo Dome.

It should be noted that some songs from Gackt's Crescent album were never performed before, and were included in this concert, much to the delight of fans (including myself). Gackt also said this would be the last tour that he would perform U+K. The last two tracks of the concert were added only for the Tokyo Dome performance; 12gatsu for Christmas, and Love Letter which won a vote that was cast online as the last song played at the Tokyo Dome.
